  • Shipping & Delivery

  • We pride ourselves on processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. We are happy to combine multiple items when shipping (when possible) and charge only the actual shipping costs. In most instances, we ship out the same day if the order is received before noon (Eastern Time). We occasionally take longer to pull, package and ship products during times of high order volume.

    Shipping Charges are a calculation of product weight, quantity, & shipping region. In most instances the shipping calculation equals the actual shipping charges that the carrier bills us. In the rare instance the calculation is off we will inform you of any necessary changes. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    PLEASE NOTE: When ordering a In Stock and Pre-Order item at the same time, they will be treated as two different orders and shipped separately.



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. GhostHuntingSource.com is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax

  • GhostHuntingSource.com charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Ghost-Hunter-Equipment.com charges sales tax for items shipped to: OH (7.0%).



  • Return Policy
  • Customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number before attempting to return any merchandise!  To obtain an RA Number click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page and complete the Contact Us form.  Please provide as much detailed information as possible on the reason for your request to return merchandise.  Once your return request is received we will email you with an RA Number to associate with your merchandise. Be sure to include the RA Number on your merchandise package return label. 
    All merchandise can be returned within 30 calendar days of invoice date for a refund amount of the original merchandise price. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. In the event of an error on the part of GhostHuntingSource.com, we will pay for return shipping charges. If merchandise is returned more than 30 calendar days past the date on invoice an additional 15% restocking fee will be incurred.
